When Ricky was playing under Lou Holtz at the University of Notre Dame, the team motto was: “Play Like a Champion Today”. He now lives his life with the motto: “Live Like a Champion Everyday”.  Ricky’s work ethic, passion for life and competitive nature is the driving force behind all of his endeavors.
